owner Commission Analysis section and pie chart: database is queried for selected owner's Open Opportunities due in the date range and their Won Opportunities won in the date range, and compares the Opportunities' Total to the owner commission goal entered at report run time, to see how close the owner is to hitting their commission goal. please see 4th screenshot referencing the Total field that's being used.

user image at top left: if User's Person record has a custom image, it will be displayed. the image shown at the top of our screenshots is circular because a circular image was placed into the User's Person record in Daylite. if a square image is placed into the User's Person record in Daylite, then a square image will be shown.

the Daylite report engine tries to keep data together when possible, the report engine will insert page and line breaks as it sees fit
the Daylite report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to limit your date range at run time and/or uncheck various report elements at run time to limit the amount of data
