Blue Rock's helpdesk maintains a running history on client tickets, keeping them active until they're deemed solved.

We use this system to assist established clients (and those with an existing retainer balance) with quick technical issues.

Blue Rock's helpdesk rate is $125 USD per hour, billed in 15-minute increments

(1-15=15, 16-30=30, etc).

This will create a helpdesk ticket for you.
