terms of purchase

TERMS OF PURCHASE: reports, print layouts and workflow scripts [hereafter "Products"]


Thank you for your interest in purchasing Blue Rock's Daylite and Billings Pro Products. 
Completing the purchase indicates agreement with all terms as outlined below:

  • Refunds: report, print layout and script purchases are non-refundable; please make sure that you verify the items you're ordering are the ones you actually meant to order and that you understand the way they function [each item has a link to ask a pre-sales question]. Because there is no licensing structure to invalidate mistakenly ordered products, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

  • Product delivery: upon receipt of funds, the Product download link will be emailed to the email address you provided at the PayPal site. 

    Please make sure that you provide an accurate, working email address when you complete your purchase. 

    Please make sure that you check both your Inbox and your Junk box.

  • Licensing: buyer may only install their purchased Product on their own computer and on computers within their own company

  • Not for resale: buyer is prohibited from reselling any Product or posting any Product for public use or distribution to other individuals and companies

  • Blue Rock branding: Blue Rock branding may not be removed or modified in any way. There won't be branding on the output itself; it may be in file structure and/or run time screens

  • Daylite Scripts: what Blue Rock's scripts do is create objects in Daylite [ie new Tasks] in a way that's faster and more efficient than manually going into Daylite, clicking New Task, manually filling out multiple fields, clicking Add Link to link the other Daylite objects, etc. Blue Rock's scripts do not delete Daylite objects. Blue Rock's scripts do not modify anything outside of Daylite; they don't touch the Mac's operating system in any way.

  • Minimum software version, Daylite Products: unless otherwise noted on the Product's description and order page, all Daylite Products that are listed as Daylite Cloud 6 and Daylite 6 compatible require a minimum Daylite version of 6.4.4. Beta versions of Daylite are NOT supported.

  • Minimum software version, Billings Pro Products: unless otherwise noted on the Product's description and order page, all Billings Pro Products require a minimum of Billings Pro version 1.7.7 [beta versions of Billings Pro are NOT supported]

  • Post-sale modifications: Sometimes you'll use the Product for a while and decide that you'd like it be modified further, perhaps expanding it's data or changing fonts, etc. Post-sale modifications are billed at $125 USD per hour, in 15-minute increments. Please note that not all requested modifications will be possible. 

  • Assistance and/or training on Daylite or Billings Pro software: Assistance with Daylite software including any training is not included in the cost of the Products, but may be purchased separately at Blue Rock's current hourly rate.
