PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
for Open and Done Projects created in the selected date range, the report shows the People linked to those Projects with the selected Role. In the screenshots above, we selected the Referral Source role in order to see who's referring business to us. Of course, you would select whichever Role you use to indicate the Project's referral source Person; the Role pulldown populates with Roles from your database preferences.
3 reports in 1!:
- report #1: shows the People sorted by highest Open + Done Projects count, includes pie chart illustrating the counts; the Top 10 People have their own distinct pie slice color and the rest are grouped under the grey pie slice 
- report #2: shows the People sorted by highest Open Projects count, includes pie chart illustrating the counts; the Top 10 People have their own distinct pie slice color and the rest are grouped under the grey pie slice
- report #3: shows the People sorted by highest Done Projects count, includes pie chart illustrating the counts; the Top 10 People have their own distinct pie slice color and the rest are grouped under the grey pie slice
for each Person, each report shows:
- name
- total number of Open and Done Projects created in the date range
- total number of Open Projects created in the date range, with % of total
- total number of Won Projects created in the date range, with % of total
- total number of Open + Done Projects created in the date range, with % of total
- option to list out the Project name and status indicator for each Open and Done Project. Projects are sorted by Status [In Progress, New, then Done], then by name ascending [a-z]
 
the Daylite report engine tries to keep data together when possible, the report engine will insert page and line breaks as it sees fit.
the Daylite report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to decrease your date range and/or uncheck various report elements at run time to limit the amount of data
output is PDF only
