THE LABEL SIZES:
The mailing label templates are set for Avery 5160 [3 labels across by 10 labels down, 30 labels per sheet]. Avery has a couple of different product numbers for this configuration [5160, 5260, 5960, etc] so if you're unsure whether your label sheet will work, please print some out on plain paper and hold that up against your label sheet.The shipping label template is set for Avery 8663 [2 labels across by 5 labels down, 10 labels per sheet]. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - holiday labels:
The templates are configured to print the Person's Alias field [if there's data in that field], otherwise it prints the Person's full name.
For example, say you have a Person in your database whose name is: Cynthia Shaffer
But you want to send the holiday card to: The Shaffer Family
Simply put The Shaffer Family in the Person's Alias field* 
When you print the label for Cynthia Shaffer, instead of the first line of the label saying Cynthia Shaffer, it will say The Shaffer Family
Also, since these are holiday labels, they're programmed to print the Person's Home address. Please make sure each Person you're printing has an address labeled: Home
 
*If you don't see the Person's Alias field, get into Edit mode on the Person and at the very bottom of their record click Add Field > Alias. To have the Alias field always show for every Person, go to Daylite > Preferences > Edit Cards > click People at the top > check ON the Alias field checkbox > close Preferences.
 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - #10 envelope:
There's a #10 envelope template in this package.
It prints the Person's name [in bold font], their Title at their default Company on the next line [if they have a Title, otherwise there is no line break], their default Company name on the next line [if they have a default Company, otherwise there is no line break], their default Company's default address on the next lines [if they have one, otherwise prints the Person's default address] formatted in the US style:

At the top left of the envelope, in the return address area, it prints the Daylite User's name [in bold font], their default Company name on the next line [if they have a default Company, otherwise there is no line break], their default Company's default address on the next lines [if they have one, otherwise prints the Person's default address] formatted in the US style.

HOW TO PRINT - any of the labels or the envelope:
user selects desired People, via smartlist or by hand-choosing, then prints them via File>Print, then choosing the desired template from the list. you must select the Person/People from the People screen only, not from a slideover [ie you can't double click a Company, then from the Company screen, highlight the Person]
 
MORE INFORMATION:
the Daylite report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to limit the number of People you're printing
