OVERVIEW:
this is an enhanced version of Billings Pro's built-in 'Detailed Timed & Flat Activity' report; please see screenshots above, and description of enhancements below
this report purchase includes both a stylized version with icons throughout the report [see 1st screenshot], and a plain simple version [see 2nd screenshot]
the same Project run against the built-in report is shown in the last screenshot, for comparison
 
ENHANCEMENTS to the Timed & Fixed Slips table:
in the Slip column we show the Slip's Comments field [with a checkbox at report run time that you can uncheck if you want to hide the Slip's Comments and the Time Entrys' Comments]
new column showing the Slip's Completed Date; the Slips are sorted by this column [in the built-in version they're sorted by Slip Name]; if a Slip doesn't have a Completed Date we show the words 'in progress'
changed the built-in report's Details area [which is the Slip's Time Entries]: for each Time Entry the built-in report shows the Time Entry's Start Date/Time, we also show each Time Entry's End Date/Time. we've also renamed this area 'Slip's Time Entries' so that it's more clear as to what is being shown there
grand total of each Slip's Time Entries Duration
grand total of the Slips' Subtotal for all Slips
grand total of the Slips' Duration for all Slips
 
NEW table showing Project's Expense, Quantity, & Mileage Slips:
under the Timed & Fixed Slips table, we show a new table for the Project's Expense, Quantity, & Mileage Slips; there's a checkbox at report run time that you can uncheck if you want to hide this table
includes grand total of the Slips' Subtotal for all Expense, Quantity, & Mileage Slips
 
STYLING ADDITIONS:
header area: under the Project name we place the Project's Client's name and the grand total of all of the Slips shown on the report
header area: we include the Project's Due Date
a few other changes to font and border lines
in the stylized version [see 1st screenshot] there are icons throughout; there's a checkbox at report run time that you can uncheck if you want to hide the icons
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
the Billings Pro report engine tries to keep data together when possible, the report engine will insert page and line breaks as it sees fit
the Billings Pro report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to limit the number of objects you're printing
output is PDF only
