option to show or hide the Slip comments [only first 500 characters are shown for each comment]
option to only show a single Category chosen at run time [if no Category is chosen at run time, all Categories are shown]
choose type of report from pulldown at runtime: include the My Eyes Only slips, exclude the My Eyes Only slips, show just the My Eyes Only slips
 
the Billings Pro report engine tries to keep data together when possible, the report engine will insert page and line breaks as it sees fit
the Billings Pro report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to limit the number of objects you're printing
output is PDF only
