PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
a variation on the built in Swiss invoice template. Professional Services are separated from Additional Charges, with subtotals for each section, a breakdown by Slip Category, and a Staff Time summary at the end
Professional Services sections shows Timed and Fixed slips being invoiced; Additional Charges section shows Mileage, Expense, and Quantity slips being invoiced
each Slip on the Invoice must have a Category assigned: because this template breaks out and summarizes the Professional Services Slips by Category, and breaks out and summarizes the Additional Services Slips by Category. the Categories are what you see in italics in the screenshots [ie in the sample screenshots above they're: Administrative, Creative, Research, Meeting, Writing]
Timed Slips show the hourly rate under the number of hours; Fixed Slips show the words flat fee under the number of hours
if a Slip has been given a 100% discount, the words 'no charge' appear in the Subtotal column [includes a total value of the no charge items at the bottom so your client can see the total of what you are providing at no charge]
the logo that appears at the top right will be taken from your own Billings Pro>Preferences>Identity>Logo. as will your contact information that appears directly beneath the logo
 
 
the Billings Pro report engine tries to keep data together when possible, the report engine will insert page and line breaks as it sees fit
the Billings Pro report engine stops at 100 pages so if you have a lot of data you may need to limit the number of objects you're printing
output is PDF only
