Course Participant's System Requirements
Blue Rock will be training using the latest version of Daylite [as of April 29, 2008 that was Daylite 3.7.3].
Participant's computers MUST be able to participate in a Glance session; click the 'Can you Glance?' link below to make sure your computer and network can join a webinar.

Participant must have access to a telephone to dial into the conference. The dial-in number will not be an 800 number so a toll charge for the phone call may be applied by your phone company.

Refund Policy
Must cancel forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start time of the webinar. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Example: you're scheduled for a webinar on Tuesday May 20th at 11a Pacific; if you wish to cancel you must submit your written request no later than Sunday May 18th at 11a Pacific.
