We've implemented Daylite for a wide variety of client types and sizes here in Portland Oregon, across the country, and internationally. Since every client is different, Blue Rock provides a unique experience by working with them to configure Daylite's extensive customization features to match the firm's specific needs. This makes the transition to Daylite extremely effective by allowing clients to visualize their organization and workflow from the beginning.

And Daylite is so intuitive and logical that training is equally effective whether it's performed onsite or by accessing your computer directly for live internet instruction.

Blue Rock's rate.
Blue Rock's rate is $105 USD per hour. For help desk support, it is billed in 15-minute increments [ie 1-15 minutes=15 minutes, 16-30 minutes=30 minutes, etc]. For remote screenshare service, there is a 1-hour minimum; onsite appointments within Portland Oregon have a 2-hour minimum. After the first hour [after the first 2 hours for onsite service], time is billed following the 15 minute increment schedule.

Blue Rock's Help Desk Ticket System is the preferred method for when you just have a few questions or are trying to solve a specific problem, as we can help you more quickly than scheduling an appointment.
An added bonus: it keeps your issue active until it's deemed resolved. The $105 hourly rate is billed in 15-minute increments [ie 1-15 minutes=15 minutes, 16-30 minutes=30 minutes, etc].

Service Option 2:
Daylite screenshare and onsite appointments.

Daylite database installation/training/configuration is $105 USD per hour. For remote screenshare service, there is a 1-hour minimum; onsite appointments within Portland have a 2-hour minimum.

After the minimum time is reached, time is billed per the 15 minute increment schedule described above. For screenshare appointments, a 1-hour deposit [$105 USD] is required to confirm your appointment; for onsite appointments, a 2-hour deposit [$210 USD] is required to confirm your appointment. Any remaining balance will be invoiced at the conclusion of your appointment, and is payable upon receipt.

Our schedule changes rapidly so it's not possible to show up-to-the-minute availability; lead time is typically 2-3 days.
After you submit your request, the help desk system will open a ticket and email you a copy of your request for your records. Please note that this will not be confirmation that your requested date and time is confirmed; it will simply be an automated response repeating your request back to you for your records.

After we review your request, we'll match your desired date and time with the current schedule and advise via a personal response to let you know if your date and time is available.
