Based in Portland OR, Blue Rock has focused exclusively on the Mac platform for well over a decade. We offer a full range of services to support both professional and personal environments, including assisting clients with every aspect of the Daylite experience - from the initial decision to upgrade to Daylite, moving forward to installation, configuration, training, and designing custom Daylite reports.

And Daylite is so intuitive and logical that training is equally effective whether it's performed onsite, by accessing your computer directly for live internet instruction, or on a conference call. We've implemented Daylite for a wide variety of client types and sizes here in Portland, across the country, and internationally. Since every client is different, Blue Rock provides a unique experience by working with them to configure Daylite's extensive customization features to match the firm's specific needs. This makes the transition to Daylite extremely effective by allowing clients to visualize their organization and workflow from the beginning.

Daylite appointment rate.
Daylite database installation / training / configuration is $105 USD per hour. After the first hour, time is billed in 15 minute increments (ie 1-15 minutes=15 minutes, 16-30 minutes=30 minutes, etc) . A 1-hour deposit of $105 USD will be required to confirm your appointment. The balance will be invoiced at the conclusion of your appointment, and is payable upon receipt.

Blue Rock is happy to provide Help Desk services, especially useful when you have just a few questions or are trying to solve a specific problem.

Blue Rock's time is billed in 15 minute increments (ie 1-15 minutes=15 minutes, 16-30 minutes=30 minutes, etc) . Blue Rock may request deposit via PayPal, or may opt to invoice you after providing assistance. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
Blue Rock's Help Desk Ticket System is the preferred method, as it keeps your issue active until it's deemed resolved. Please use the Help Desk ticket system whenever possible, by clicking the help desk image above. We can also provide service by email/iChat/phone.
