I'm sorry to say that this only works if you are running a version of OS X that is less than 10.8 Mountain Lion; Apple removed the RSS feed option from Mail in 10.8
step 1 in Mail, click File and choose Add RSS Feeds	then…	step 2 copy and paste this URL into the field: http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=daylitehelp [make sure you copy it exactly without any leading or trailing blank spaces] click Show in Inbox click Add That's it, the Daylite Help twitter updates will now appear in your Inbox. You can set the prefs for how Mail handles RSS in Mail>Preferences>RSS
