Blue Rock's rate is $105 USD per hour.

onsite appointments within Portland: 2-hour minimum
After the first hour [after the first 2 hours for onsite service], time is billed in 15 minute increments [ie 1-15 minutes=15 minutes, 16-30 minutes=30 minutes, etc].
deposit.
To secure an appointment a 1-hour deposit [$105 USD] is required, payable at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, using the secure online method of PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal's payment service. To ensure that your payment is posted to your account, please follow the instructions to the right.
appointment cancellation.
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event that the cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, 50% of the Appointment Deposit [$52.50 USD] serves as a non-refundable late cancellation fee.
Cancellations may be emailed by clicking cancel my appointment [please include your name and appointment date and time] or called in to 503-533-2241. In the event that the client receives Blue Rock's voice mail, a cancellation message must be left.
appointment balance due.
remote service: we will email an invoice for the balance of your appointment immediately following the appointment, payable on receipt.
onsite service: we will present an invoice for the balance of your appointment immediately following the appointment, payable on receipt. Blue Rock will be happy to assist you with using PayPal, or collect a check.
