- usage: entire database is queried for Organizations with open Projects
- in the Project due date section: shows how many days are left or how many days overdue if the Project is overdue
- under Project due date is current pipeline stage and percentage of the Project that is complete based on what stage it is in
example: your pipeline has 8 stages and your Project is currently in stage 3 [Project has completed 2 out of 8 stages = 25% complete]
- for each Contact we show the Contact name, role they play in the Project, default phone number, and default electronic address
- for each Task we show the Task image, Task title, Task Due Date, Task Owner [under Task name in italics]
- for each Appointment we show the Appointment image, Appointment title, Appointment Date*, Appointment Owner [under Appointment name in italics], other Daylite users invited to the Appointment [after the owner's name]
*Appointments whose yellow icon is set to Event or Vacation: start date to end date is shown. All other types of Appointments: the Appointment date and start time to end time is shown.
- option to exclude any/all of these sections: Org addr/phone/url, Project's Contacts, Project's pending Tasks, Project's pending Appointments
- use with Daylite Delivery add-on software is not guaranteed; unfortunately the Daylite Delivery software doesn't always work properly
