- Daylite beta versions are not supported
- system requirements: must conform to Daylite's minimum system requirements
- important: Daylite does not have official "invoice" functionality so printing this from your Opportunity will not log anywhere in your database that this client owes you money or that an invoice was sent. this is simply a printout on the Opportunity that you can use to give the client an "invoice". it is a convenience and is not designed to replace your existing accounting methods.
- this layout works only in Daylite, not Billings
- not suitable for Daylite Delivery, as requires user to select objects within the database prior to printing
- "invoice no." is taken from the Opportunity's Extra 1 field
- "remit to" section and logo is taken from your Daylite database's Identity fields
{located in Daylite>Preferences>Identity}
- "billed to" section is taken from the Opportunity's linked Contact with the role of Billing Client
- "payments" section requires a specific Form to be defined in your database and linked to the selected Opportunity. When the template is delivered, we will let you know what the Form must be named and the 4 fields it must have
